- Work under the MEP Manager and/or Construction Manager not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the project items. • Prepare weekly work schedule with subcontractors.
- Make a detailed plan before performing the assigned work.
- Be responsible for the quality inspection works, including external works.
- Ensure that all MEP works are compliant with contract specifications, procedures, design and authorities' requirements.
- Highlight and resolve issues affecting time, cost and quality of the construction works.
- Review of shop drawings, RFI, RFA, MA where required.
- Responsible for safety of construction work in charge
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the payment volume for the Construction Team, Subcontractors, Suppliers and transfer to QS Engineer.
- Follow procedure to submit approval to seek management approval/ agreement for related work.
- Coordinate and work with design consultants, contractors for any design issue.
- Carry out daily site supervision and sitework checking.
- Daily report to the MEP manager and/or Construction Manager on the situation of the assigned work
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by MEP Manager and/or Construction Manager
