JOB DETAILS: Develop annual/quarterly Marketing & Communications strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual/quarterly Marketing & Communications strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Develop KPIs for the Marcom department and implement them for each position.
- Lead 360 integrated campaigns (digital offline public relations, events, partnerships).
- Budget management
- Develop and control the annual/quarterly/monthly Marcom budget.
- Optimize cost efficiency and measure ROI for all marketing and communication activities.
- Team management and operations
- Establish workflows, project management systems, content schedules, and campaign timelines.
- Training, evaluating, and developing the capabilities of the Marcom team.
- Coordinate with external suppliers/agents (manufacturing companies, KOL/KOC agencies, media purchasing partners, etc.).
- Brand building
- Develop and monitor brand principles.
- Developing a long-term brand strategy ensures consistent brand representation.
- Monitor all brand touchpoints: showrooms, websites, catalogs, packaging, etc.
- Communications & Public Relations
- Managing media relations, media partners, and KOL/KOC collaborations.
- Develop a public relations strategy to position the brand as a manufacturer of high-end furniture.
- Developing a business for ready-made products.
- Conduct market research for ready-made products and analyze the necessary conditions for Sofia to enter this segment.
- Develop marketing strategies and sales policies for the ready-made product line.
- Establishing KPIs for marketing and communications activities contributed to changing the product ratio (80% custom-made products, 20% ready-made products).
- Internal communications
- Develop and manage new training programs.
- Develop an internal communications strategy to ensure that leadership messaging and company culture are effectively communicated throughout the organization, in line with core values.
REQUEST:- Minimum 57 years of experience in the Marcom field; preference given to candidates with experience in the furniture/luxury/hotel industry.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and business).
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience managing a team of 310 members.
- Deep understanding of branding, content, digital marketing, production, and events.
- Communication, collaboration, and persuasive decision-making skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can start working immediately; those who can start working after the Lunar New Year holiday.
- To succeed in this role, the necessary skills include: experience with Analysis, Leadership, experience with Vision, understanding of Budget Management, and knowledge of Research.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: understanding of Marketing Management, proficiency in Advertising Design, and experience working with PR and Communications.
