Primary Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Posting Team Leader

• Search for, identify, and collaborate with content creators.
• Develop storyboards and content production guidelines for distribution.
• Plan and post content suitable for e-commerce channels including social media (SNS), product detail pages, and promotions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery.

2. E-commerce Data Analysis

• Analyzing data across e-commerce platforms: sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Develop sales forecasts and performance predictions based on data analysis.
• Effectively connect content with revenue data to generate actionable strategic recommendations.

3. Strategic Sourcing & Product Development

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers, manufacturers, and global sourcing opportunities.
• Product selection, product portfolio development, and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to make informed sourcing decisions.

Priority Request

• Experienced in e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Amazon, etc.)
• Has practical experience in content production.
• English or Korean language proficiency required (for work-related purposes)
