- Job details:

To perform the pre-receipt inspection.

To make the necessary arrangement for laydown area/ inspection area prior to arrival of Equipment/Material with the assistance of Construction Manager

To organize the segregation of the damaged material from the conforming materials.

To perform the Material Receiving Inspection.

To prepare and record the Quantity Inspection Report, Material Received Inspection Report.

To record and update the Material/Equipment Control List.

To issue and organize the Material Issue Slip (MIS)

To receive and manage the Material Request Form (MRF).

To provide and establish proper and suitable storage condition for Equipment/Material in complying with the storage and preservation requirement provided by Vendor/Supplier with assistance ofConstruction team.

Responsible in monitoring and reporting of material status.

To prepare the Overage, Shortage and Damage Report (OSD), in the event that the overage, shortage and damage of Equipment/Material is found during the Material Receiving Inspection

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) regulations in all material handling and storage activities.

Implement and maintain proper material handling procedures to prevent damage during storage and movement.

To check and ensure the Material Identification and Traceability work procedure is implemented in accordance with the Project requirement

- Job requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in plant construction will be considered an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
• Business English Proficiency (Writing, Communication)
