JOB DETAILS: Working at Bach Suites Hotel, Turtle Lake, 10A Pham Ngoc Thach Street

This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the restaurant/F&B, managing and developing communication channels, and coordinating customer-attracting events.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for restaurants/F&B establishments.
• Managing and developing media channels: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and booking platforms.
• Plan and directly run advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Coordinate the organization of events, activations, and customer engagement programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers in the F&B industry.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, report results, and optimize marketing activities.
• Collaborate with operations departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

REQUEST:

• Age: Born in 1985 or later
• Experience in the F&B or Event industry is required/highly preferred.
• I have a good network in the F&B industry and have worked with KOLs/influencers.
• Proficient in social media platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram
• Experienced in running advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Capable of organizing and running events.
• Good spoken English (listening and speaking)
• Energetic, creative, with a good marketing mindset and a knack for spotting trends.
