Job Description:
- Search, approach and build relationships with potential customers in the real estate market
- Exploit and develop new customers from existing customer files from the network of CEO & co-Founder
- Support negotiation, contract negotiation, quotation and payment progress tracking.
- Customer care, monitoring and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure effective commitment.
- Update market trends in marketing, communications, events, PR..., analyze customer needs and propose business development strategies.
- Ensure sales targets according to the company's plan.
- Build appropriate business strategies to expand scale and increase sales
Request:
- University graduate in related majors: Business, Marketing, Business Administration
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position (Account, B2B Sales, or Real Estate Marketing).
- Understanding of the real estate market and marketing channels in the industry. Strong in consulting on press bookings or digital marketing for customers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and withstand sales pressure.
