Responsibility:
• Team work with cross-functional team to overall manage suppliers' quality and project development and management.
• Supplier quality management system audit and process audit per specified modules. Tracking all issues by MIL and co-work with supplier to conduct the FA/CA until all issues closure.
• Plan and execute development (NPI) builds and ensure these products transition to production according to the schedule, specific cost, quality, and capacity targets.
• IQC /IPQC/OQC plan development and approval. Quality control procedure review and optimization. PMP CTQ definition, CTQ inspection, measurement method, procedure etc. validation and qualification.
• Process capability analysis, validation, improvement and qualification.
• Inspection, measurement, tester validation and qualification through MSA.
• New production line, tooling validation and qualification during ramp up.
• Production quality issue solving and yield improvement. Out of box audit.
• To identify risks for each phase and co-work with cross functional team and suppliers to make actions to fix all risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams with external partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.
• Drive ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners such as production readiness, tooling readiness, human resources, material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans.
• Co-work with PD to define the reliability test plan and ORT plan. Reliability test and ORT management and tracking.
• FATP/EFFA issue FA/CA handling and tracking.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant field. At least 5 years Managerial exposure in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering or supplier quality management.
• Experience in any one of the following: CNC, Stamping, Injection Molding, Die Casting, Speaker, Camera Module, Antenna, Connector, FPC/PCB.
• Good logic thinking, quality knowledge and methodology in problem solving.
• Professional in process audit and yield improvement.
• Strong technical skill in requested product and process related work experience and knowledge
• Professional knowledge in quality tools and its practice such as APQP/PPAP, D/PFMEA, MSA, Cp/Cpk, SPC, 8D, DOE, Fishbone, Pareto, Histogram etc..
• Experience in working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Experience in NPI project development and management and production transition to MP.
• Strong knowledge of product, assembly process, test and quality is a plus.
• Work independently with team management experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination skill.
• Good English written and oral skill.
• Willing to travel as project support request.
