Job description
The "Management Trainee" program is a training program that gives new graduates the opportunity to gain knowledge about financial instruments and learn different skill sets, especially in sales, marketing and customer service. This will allow you to gain more exposure to different fields and gain experience faster. Our team will provide you with mentorship and guidance to help you achieve your goals.
- Through the training period, must meet the requirements of the Company and have a clear working orientation
- Make a work plan and work closely with management to follow the plan to achieve the goal
- Perform reporting and other tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements
- Able to work independently and well in a team.
- Willing to learn new knowledge and develop new skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure. - Basic knowledge of financial economics is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to fresh graduates.
