- Legal advice for real estate projects from planning to implementation and completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts, land ownership, land use rights, planning and construction.

- Negotiate, draft and review purchase, lease, rental and other real estate related contracts.

- Legal advice, proposing appropriate legal solutions for the Company's legal issues.

- Assess legal risks of real estate projects and propose preventive measures.

- Represent the Company to work with state agencies... to resolve legal issues when they arise.

- Perform other legal work as directed by the Head of Legal Department and the Company's Board of Directors.
