JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
• Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
• Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
• Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
• Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
• Managing a team of four members

REQUIREMENTS:

• From 30~40
• Upper Intermediate English level
• At least 3 years of experience as a Leader
• Working experience in Logistics/warehouse
• Good communication skills
• Bachelors Degree
• MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
• - Preferable skills
• The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges
• Proactive,fast learner and committed to work preferred
• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficient in Tiếng Anh, Kỹ Năng Quản Lý, Quản Lý Sản Xuất, MS Office and Làm Việc Nhóm.
• To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: Logistics, Quản Lý Kho, Supply Chain, Vận Kho and Thủ Kho.
