Imported Goods:

- Receive information from buyers and suppliers.

- Check and determine the type of goods, open a declaration according to the type, A12, A11, E31. E21

- Send import declaration to Phuoc An service if the declaration is classified into yellow or red channels.

- Check debit note, make request for payment of Local Charge, EDO or make request for payment of import tax-VAT if any.

- Register the system ewms.tancangwarehousing.com.vn, TCS sends documents to Phuoc An service so they can pick up goods from the port to the company.

- Report to warehouse to receive goods.

Export goods:

• Receive information from the exporter (invoice + purchase order + booking)
• Check documents, coordinate with warehouse to arrange date to pull container back.
• Send booking to Phuoc An service to pull back to the company
• Make an export declaration form E62, E52
• Send the declaration to Phuoc An service if the declaration includes yellow and red lanes.
• Check the ship departure date, send documents to Phuoc An service to make and get C/O
• Complete the set of documents and send it to the customer. (3-5 days)

Monitor and check monthly warehouse and accounting standards.
