- Develop an online business plan.

- Monitor the implementation and take responsibility for business plan targets, and take timely adjustment measures to achieve the set goals.

- Prepare and review each employee's work plan to assign work most effectively and optimally.

- Conduct training and coaching on product knowledge, care skills, and sales skills.

- Organize and carry out research on the market and competitors.

- Collect and process feedback and complaints from customers.

- Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business situation.

- Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
