Job Description



    Build the image of a professional, reputable, proactive and dedicated sales team in the eyes of customers, competitors and a beautiful image in the market;

    • Market development according to company requirements in Ho Chi Minh
    • Prepare and implement plans to expand business markets;
    • Build good relationships between Yummy and customers;
    • Support building the company's image to customers, competitors and having a brand in the market;
    • Update and analyze competitor and market information;
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to implement activities related to sales support programs. Deploy and monitor the implementation of customer incentive policies;
    • Foster and develop employees in product knowledge, market development skills, motivation, and time management;
    • Ensure optimal level of training for employees (new hires, current) to increase knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm for the product and company;
    • Support employee recruitment.
