DESCRIBE:
● Working with the executive board, brand management to exchange and direct marketing projects to promote brand development;
● Researching and analyzing the market and consumer behavior to come up with marketing strategy ideas suitable for the brand in the short term, long term or according to special events and activities;
● Presenting marketing strategy ideas to the executive board and management, clearly analyzing the goals, means of approaching, interacting with customers and including a table of expected implementation costs of the strategy;
● Make a marketing plan in each development stage of the company (6 months, 1 year, 3 years), manage the marketing team: manage human resources, assign work, deploy, monitor progress, ensure the work is always efficient and give a consistent and coherent strategy;
● Consolidate the data of the implemented marketing strategy, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the strategy, and send performance reports to the executive board.
● Support mentoring and training new members in the marketing department.
● Do other jobs under the direction of the business for the Marketing Department

REQUEST:
● 1 year of working experience in the field of marketing;
