Job Description

• Menu consultation for customers
• Answer the phone, receive customer reservations.
• Reconfirm with the guest who booked the table to understand the changes in the number of guests as well as the date and time of the reservation.
• Clean the work area every shift such as: cleaning the reception desk, cleaning the guest waiting table, turning on the counter lights...
• Respond to inquiries about current promotions at the restaurant, receive customer orders, and
• Check bookings in the book and in the working group to promptly notify restaurant managers and related departments about special bookings.
