Job Description

Job details
• Directing order execution and adjusting production plans when necessary, assigning work to departments.
• Supervise production processes, stages, control and do fabric testing (color, shrinkage, moisture...), pattern testing (parameters, diagrams, norms. ..) to accurately assess product standards, promptly detect defective products,
• Inspect and take responsibility for issues related to product quality, analyze causes and provide quick solutions.
• Always ensure safety in daily production activities and ensure that necessary materials are fully supplied.
• Answer product materials, specifications and safety tests according to customer requirements when customers come for evaluation.
• Identify new machines needed for work or overtime when necessary, arrange personnel appropriate to the capacity of each production stage.
• Analyze production and product performance, make appropriate recommendations. Regularly educate employees on health and safety regulations.
