Job Description

• Manage, design, direct and monitor construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct site survey and data analysis (maps, reports, inspections, drawings...).
• Conduct business and feasibility studies, draw designs that meet technical standards.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
• Provide advice and solve problems/omissions that arise.
• Supervise and guide staff, liaise with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports on project status.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Follow industry guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety standards... and provide technical and other documentation upon request.
