JOB DUTIES 1. Professional and technical work - Directly perform care and treatment shifts for customers in accordance with service standards and procedures. - Answer customer inquiries and collect useful information during service/treatment for customers.
2. Cleaning rooms and machines - Clean and prepare bed/service room before and after guest use according to prescribed standards - Check the condition of the equipment and notify the Facility Manager or Assistant if there is a need for repair or maintenance.
3. Estimated inventory levels of raw materials and supplies - Report the inventory status of raw materials and supplies to superiors to have a complete order plan and inventory estimate.
4. Other work - Self-managing and responsible for assigned assets. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending specialized seminars; review professional publications; establish a personal network; join professional associations.
