- Job details:

• Receive clients from the Consulting department, check treatment information and skin condition before proceeding.

• Providing skincare services ranging from basic to advanced:

• Cleansing – basic skincare, massage, electrophoresis, face mask application.

• Treats acne, melasma, dark spots, aging, and restores skin.

• Utilizing high-tech equipment: Laser, IPL, RF, HIFU, non-metallic therapy, oxygen jet, bio-light therapy…

• Provide additional advice on treatment regimens, supplementary services, and cosmetics during the treatment process.

• Answering customer questions and providing guidance on at-home skincare.

• Ensure hygiene and sterility of instruments and service rooms before, during, and after the procedure.

• Clean and maintain equipment, supplies, and the work area according to regulations.

• Collaborate with the consultant to monitor results and propose further treatment plans.

• Adhere to the system's SOP, safety regulations, and service standards.

- Job requirements:

• Minimum 6 months in a similar position, experience in the beauty or spa service industry.

• Possess a certification/experience as a Spa/Skin Aesthetics Technician.

• Knowledge of basic and advanced skincare treatments.

• Good communication skills, ability to advise customers on and offer complementary services/products.

• Professional and responsible demeanor

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle high pressure.
