Job Description
Prepare, install and operate machinery at the factory as well as goods for partners under the Contract as well as guide customers to use and operate machines and equipment after installation is complete.
Understand specifications and desired results by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings,...
Translate instructions into computer commands so that the machine can perform the correct function.
Prepare for a test run to check if the machine is producing the output according to the specifications, requirements or not. Set up the machine to complete the cycle of making bulk parts.
Monitor machines while they are on duty and make timely adjustments when problems occur. Carry out maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment for factories and partners to ensure smooth production and business lines.
Coordinate with programmers to control the machining process, to ensure that the parts are processed according to the requirements.
Recording technical parameters and results on work sheets as required.
Advise departments and company leaders on advanced technical machinery and equipment products for business and production applications.
Coordinate with relevant departments to test, measure the finished product and compare with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly or not.
Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors of the company.
