JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses that suit their refractive error and personal preferences.
• Measure precise parameters to ensure lenses are properly positioned and provide optimal vision.
• Assemble, adjust and repair glasses to ensure fit, comfort and maximum performance.
• Check and verify your prescription with your ophthalmologist or optometrist.
• Manage inventory and display eyewear in a professional, attractive manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle queries and complaints professionally.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Graduated in Refractive Surgery, with valid certificate/practice.
• Good English communication.
• Experience in refraction, eyewear consulting or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of lenses, coatings and frame style advice.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
