Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair electrical appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, vacuum cleaners... at customers' homes.
Follow the repair/replacement procedure which includes: Inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, rework, replacement and documentation of all necessary steps in the repair/replacement process
Advise customers on warranty policies, repair costs, contact customers to schedule repair appointments
Coordinate with warehouse to ensure repair/replacement parts are always available for timely repair as well as return of damaged parts.
