- On shift duty, operate the building's equipment as assigned by the Technical Team Leader.

- Periodically check the technical status of equipment systems in the building

- Check the use and operation of equipment assigned to customers for management.

- Perform periodic maintenance for technical equipment systems in the building as assigned by the Chief Engineer/Technical Team Leader.

- Directly participate in handling technical problems that arise in the building.

- Check and report the electricity and water consumption of the building and each customer as assigned by the Technical Team Leader.

- Guide Customers and Contractors to implement the Building's Rules and Regulations on issues related to the Building's technical aspects.

- Provide support to other departments and customers with technical-related issues

- Carry out handover, instructions and reports after each shift
