Job Description
Implement operation and maintenance of technical systems and M&E of buildings in Hanoi.
Carry out construction, installation, dismantling, office setup of construction systems, M&E, interior in company projects.
Check and daily checklist of NNRR technical systems at assigned buildings;
Consulting and proposing solutions to optimize operating costs and save energy;
Handle emergency situations: fire, explosion, power failure, water loss, elevator rescue;
Perform periodic monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance of technical systems under the direction of KST;
Carry out installation, repair, maintenance, and technical systems of the building: Electricity, water, lighting systems, cameras, refrigeration, fire protection, etc.;
Supervise contractors during the installation, renovation, repair, maintenance and warranty of equipment in the building according to approved drawings/plans;
