Job Description

• Receive production plan, make production plan; Participate in design process, drawing, technical calculation; Ensure quantity, quality, progress, efficiency; Analyze production and product performance, make appropriate recommendations;
• Plan testing and prepare samples, check samples with quality staff before sending to partners;
• Monitor and report problems arising during the production process; Identify problems and provide effective and timely solutions;
• Responsible for using materials for the right purpose and at the right rate. Check the quality, quantity, and type of materials before and during production according to regulations. Control excess materials, return them to the warehouse, and avoid poor quality materials;
• Establish quality standards and ensure they are fully implemented;
• Always update production methods and equipment maintenance procedures; Check and urge the implementation of occupational safety and fire prevention work;
• Conduct inspections of the safe and effective use of equipment and assets. Inspect and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of machinery and production tools in the workshop;
• Make weekly and monthly reports to superiors; Perform work as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from high school or higher in mechanical engineering, with at least 02 years of experience.
• Proficient in technical design software such as: Autocad, SolidWorks, Inventor... and computer application software; Read, analyze technical drawings, and develop drawings.
• Understanding of product manufacturing and testing processes;
• Understand the operating mechanism of machines and production lines;
• Problem solving skills; Analytical thinking skills; Written and verbal communication skills. Good observation skills.
• Be in good health, have a positive attitude and be willing to work overtime.
