• Deploy greenery drawings in all stages from conceptual design to construction design, ensuring ideas and output product quality as prescribed by the Company.
• Develop and plan planting, maintenance, and care of plants
• Provide initiatives to continuously improve productivity/work quality
• Always closely follow the condition of trees at projects assigned by the company.
• Plan monthly purchases and norms of materials and labor for projects
• Quality management and development of nurseries, plants, and residential landscapes.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to tree care staff at the project
• Monitor and check the progress of plant care and nutritional supplementation
• Detect risks and dangers and promptly propose solutions to superiors
• Manage materials, equipment, construction tools, maintenance and other company assets
• Check and confirm the volume and quality of landscape as a basis for payment
• Directly work with investors on construction and tree care.
• And other jobs as required by the company.
