Job Description
- Carry out purchasing work, create and track purchase orders for factory materials, machinery and equipment.
- Manage and process payments for repair items of the technical-maintenance department.
- Manage technical materials warehouse, coordinate with inventory departments, make monthly export, import and inventory reports.
- Synthesize and update maintenance reports on factory machinery and equipment into soft files for storage and comparison.
- Synthesize and update factory floor plans, equipment layout, auxiliary systems, and fire protection when there are changes.
- Arrange monthly duty schedule, monthly equipment maintenance schedule.
- Participate in equipment repair and maintenance, auxiliary system operation and other maintenance engineering related work when required.
