1. For QS position:
- Receive, check and store records, documents and papers related to input and output costs of the project.
- Check the legality, reasonableness, validity, completeness and accuracy of the documents, payment volume, contractor's settlement and other approved volumes.
- Prepare payment records for contractors, labor teams and other organizations in accordance with Company regulations and relevant laws;
(Details will be discussed in the interview)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
- Control material loss at the project.
- Settlement and liquidation B.
- Establish and evaluate project effectiveness monthly, quarterly and annually.
2. For QA/QC position:
- Manage and implement QA/QC work effectively, including: management and control of quality records, management of drawing records, testing, inspection, acceptance of construction items, completion,...
- Monitor, check and evaluate the implementation of the project quality plan. Propose measures to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the project quality plan.
- Ability to move projects as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
