Job description

- Take off the entire volume of materials for rough construction items and interior finishing according to architectural and interior documents for a project.

- Disassemble the volume of electrical, water, fire protection supplies according to architectural and interior documents - Prepare a price estimate for the entire project.

- Analyze and compare the volume and price of contractors to serve the estimates of each project.

- Participate in the acceptance of completed handover documents and complete tasks assigned by the Management Board (if necessary).

Candidate requirements

- Candidates with experience in estimating in the field of construction, interior and exterior design and 2 years or more experience

- College and University level

- Proficient in using AutoCad software, estimating software: G8, F1, Eta,... -

Understanding of construction materials, types of supplies, norms, regulations, construction standards and having flexible solutions in coordinating departments to develop estimates.
