- Implement construction according to design drawings;
- Plan and manage the construction process, ensuring progress and quality of the project;
- Arrange and distribute work on the construction site;
- Responsible for labor safety and fire prevention on the construction site according to state and company regulations;
- Monitor and report work progress, ensure quality and progress during construction
- Coordinate with relevant departments to accept the project.
- Manage, arrange and organize the construction apparatus at the construction site such as: Teams, materials, machinery, supervise the construction process to ensure compliance with the plan and schedule.
- Supervise the site, advise the Board of Directors on construction techniques, feasibility and sustainability of the project.
- Make payments for teams

Candidate requirements
- Male, graduated from Regular, College or Intermediate School majoring in construction or related fields.
- Experience: holding a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Proficient in using basic office information technology features and good application of specialized software at work.
- Eager to learn, enthusiastic, responsible at work.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, able to work independently
- Honesty, kindness, supporting everyone
