- Design and implement machinery and equipment drawings as assigned by management:
+ Design and develop drawings of machinery and equipment details for assembly and repair of branches and X19.
+ Monitor and inspect manufacturing and assembly according to design, ensuring proper techniques and work progress.
+ Check, complete, improve machinery and equipment, increase productivity, minimize damage.
- Check and repair machinery and equipment of branches:
+ Check and evaluate damage to machinery and equipment of branches.
+ Propose repair measures, list necessary materials and equipment for renovation and repair work.
+ Check, supervise and urge the supply of equipment and materials, ensuring the progress of repair and processing.
- Monitor, check and assign work to crushing and screening department staff when the manager is absent:
+ Make production plan of crushing and screening department based on master plan as required.
+ Implement plans, organize and assign daily tasks to teams and employees of the crushing and screening department when the manager is not present.
+ Report daily work progress and work and personal abnormalities to management.
+ Encourage, motivate, urge and remind employees to achieve the best work performance
