JOB DESCRIPTION

• Quantity take-off from MEP system design drawings.
• Prepare construction estimates for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Check and control volume and cost at each stage.
• Prepare and manage payment records and finalize MEP volume.
• Draft and review bidding documents and mechanical and electrical bidding documents.
• Work with engineering, construction and suppliers to ensure correct quantities and costs.
• Other tasks as directed by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University majoring in Electricity and other related majors

- Proficiency in AutoCad, Excel, estimating software, office

- Experience in separating estimates and payment documents.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher.
