Job Description
QS documents: Making payment documents for teams and subcontractors, quality documents, AB acceptance test, AB payment documents with general contractors, supervisors, project management boards
Estimating: Prepare and control subcontracting plan, supplier, team, team.
Prepare and approve investor payment records
Update and ensure the plan to submit, approve, supply materials and equipment
Compare unit prices of materials, labor and equipment and submit them to CHT for approval
Prepare and submit arising documents to the investor for submission to the CHT for signature and control of the arising list of the whole project.
Prepare a summary table of material specifications according to the contract
Consulting and checking: Contract management and contract management Verification of payment volume, internal settlement, material loss report
Browse orders to submit to CHT for supplies, equipment, and machines
