- Separation of volume serving the quotation of construction works.
- Read technical drawings, disassemble, check and control the volume of bidding packages and construction work items.
- Prepare payment documents for works, settlements for teams, subcontractors and investors.
- Check the dossiers, the value of the arising times, the requests for advance, the payment of the stages, the finalization of the works of the contractor.
- Calculate and track the construction volume of the teams according to each item.
- Request the supervisory department to confirm and take over the works, construction stages to make payment documents, settle with the investor and pay with the team.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
