- Responsible for drawing shop drawings / as-built drawings at the construction site
- Work with the engineer in charge of the Investor's items at the site to finalize the construction plan for each area of the assigned item.
- Draw shop drawings based on the final plan
- Submit shop drawings to the Project Management Board of the Investor for approval
- Disassembling BoQ materials according to approved drawings
- Transfer the approved shop drawings and material dissection table to the Supervision Engineer for construction
- Coordinate with GS to propose materials and take responsibility for the materials they propose (material progress, quality of materials, ....)
- Work with Supervisor, QS Investor to update/adjust the construction plan; Update release drawings, shop drawings, arising items and submit for re-approval
- Manage and store versions of released drawings, approved drawings
- Checking the scene drawing of as-built and as-built drawings
- Peel volume and be responsible for bar volume, finalization
- Check, control and be responsible for the subcontractor's construction volume.
