JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinating with the Project Steering Committee in formulating appropriate construction methods for MEP items.
- Explanation of MEP construction methods.
- Making drawings of construction methods of MEP items detailing the assigned works.
- Update the changed information to the bidding documents to adjust the MEP construction method.
- Receive and study documents, make an implementation plan to ensure progress.
- Surveying the construction site, checking the works for the implemented MEP items, the ongoing work to monitor the construction process, acceptance with the MEP subcontractor.
- Reviewing design drawings of MEP items, making treatment plans and giving construction plans.
- Research and propose new MEP construction methods, shorten the construction schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in M&E, electricity, electromechanical engineering, industrial electricity or equivalent.
- Know how to design MEP systems using specialized software or Autocad...
- At least 2 years of MEP design/construction experience. Accepting to work away.
- Careful, honest, standard behavior, goodwill, sociability.
- Good control and management skills.
- Proficient in using office computers, internet/mail and specialized construction applications.
- Able to work independently, good teamwork. Good communication.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
