1. Support the Sales Department to ensure customers' preventive maintenance schedules are met promptly as required.
2. Perform field services including troubleshooting, failure analysis and pump and mechanical seal repair/service at customer's site or in our own workshop to ensure complete optimal investment capital.
3. Perform pump disassembly/assembly at the workshop or at the construction site according to the operating procedure sheets. Install piping and place mechanical seals to conform to drawings. Able to operate drills, hydraulic torque tools, and high-pressure testing equipment.
4. Perform disassembly/assembly and testing of mechanical seals in our workshop according to our technical drawings and specifications.
5. Support on Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) issues as required, including development of work instructions, safety plans and risk management programs for relevant risks to repair/service procedures.
6. Maintain good maintenance and 6S programs for machinery, service equipment including computer systems, tools and accessories to ensure its condition is fit for use and compliance with SHE requirements .
7. Responsible for proper storage and handling of relevant chemical solvents.
8. Other responsibilities are determined as necessary.

Special skills required:
1. Ability to read technical drawings, read and interpret blue prints and diagrams.
2. Must be able to read, write and interpret manuals and instructions.
3. Positive attitude towards work and study.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional language skills other than the local language is advantageous.
5. Informatics: Competence in technical writing and MS office applications.
