JOB DETAILS:

This job requires planning the project's work and cash flow, monitoring payment progress, and completing the necessary paperwork for submission to the Investor for approval, including project legal documents and material and equipment approval documents.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a work plan and cash flow schedule for the project.
• Monitor the payment progress of the projects you manage.
• Complete the necessary paperwork for submission to the Investor for approval (project legal documents, documents for approval of materials and equipment, etc.).
• Prepare quality acceptance documents (acceptance of input materials, acceptance of construction work, acceptance of static installation, acceptance of system commissioning, acceptance of handover for use, etc.), and project settlement documents.
• In collaboration with engineers, we ensure the payment volume is secure, along with the supervisory consultant and the investor.
• Compile project completion documents and final settlement reports.
• Review records and monitor payments to subcontractors and construction teams.
• Monitor and submit any project-related issues to the Investor.
• Other tasks may arise during the course of work.

REQUEST:

• Graduated from university with a major in electrical engineering, water supply and drainage, construction management, or construction economics.
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in preparing reports, schedules, and project implementation plans. Possesses strong management, task management, and delegation skills.
• Proficient in using office software: AutoCAD, and proficient in using other software relevant to the job.
• Eager to learn, ambitious, and committed to working with the company long-term.
• In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Budget Management skills, proficiency in contract drafting, and experience with contract liquidation.
• In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Civil Engineering, understanding of Bidding, and knowledge related to Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineering.
