Job Description

• Participate in managing projects the Company is implementing.
• Control progress, quality and economic efficiency of projects
• Disassemble and check construction volume.
• Participate in bidding documents.
• Payment settlement records with teams and subcontractors.
• Control the budget according to the design documents of basic design steps, technical construction drawings (including any arising costs).
• Report fully and promptly on progress and construction issues to the management board and relevant departments.
• Coordinate value proposition, participate in negotiating design consulting contracts, contracts with subcontractors and related partners
• Check the capacity profile and legal factors of design consulting partners and related subcontractors.
