• Read and develop construction drawings.
• Take off quantities, prepare material and equipment request forms for each item according to construction progress.
• Control reports on material usage, ensuring compliance with norms.
• Plan and manage progress of assigned items.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and day labor teams at the construction site.
• Analyze and check the completed work volume of subcontractors related to assigned items.
• Save daily work reports: progress, quality - supply of materials and equipment - labor safety situation.
• Coordinate the acceptance of project items, handover, and prepare payment documents with the main contractor/investor.
• Participate in meetings and periodically report work to upper management.
• Perform other assigned tasks in accordance with expertise and capacity.
