JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support survey and advise on suitable construction options
• Check and hand over the project to the investor
• Review and co-evaluate technical drawings, designs, and construction documents
• Observe daily activities at the construction site and in practice to contribute ideas to improve the monitoring process.
• Check and ensure material quality, construction quality; urge contractors and construction workers
• Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization, manage project progress and resolve issues
• Research and propose solutions to reduce construction costs: replace materials, construction methods to save labor, time, and materials.
• Perform other professional tasks as required by the Department Head

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Male, 1-2 years experience in similar position
• Graduated from College/University majoring in construction, architecture, electricity or other related fields
• Have knowledge of the industry and construction products; understand construction processes and techniques
• Skills to analyze situations and make decisions
• Good negotiation, persuasion and teamwork skills
• Honest, sincere, responsible in work and comply with assigned deadlines
• Withstand work pressure, have a progressive spirit, not afraid to challenge yourself
• Have transportation

REGIME, POLICY

1. Working time

• Working hours: 07:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Saturday
• Lunch break: 11:30 13:30
• Sunday work is flexible according to project progress

1. Interest

• Income = LC + project (14,000,000 20,000,000 VND/month)
• Fixed salary: 10,000,000 13,000,000 VND/month
• Probation: 01 month 85% fixed salary
