- Job details:

Supervising the installation of solar power systems:

• Monitor, inspect, and guide the construction team according to the technical drawings.
• Supervising the installation of the frame, batteries, inverter, DC/AC cables, electrical cabinet, and grounding.
• Ensuring technical, safety, and aesthetic standards.

Quality and schedule control:

• Develop a construction schedule/plan on a daily/weekly basis.
• Inspect and approve before moving on to the next step.
• Report progress, outstanding issues, and incidents (if any) to the project manager.

Site safety and materials management:

• Instructions remind the construction team to comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Inspect the condition of construction equipment and protective gear.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of materials at the construction site.

Coordination & Acceptance Testing:

• Work with design engineers, clients, and independent supervisors (if any).
• Performance measurement, system testing, final acceptance.
• Prepare the relevant technical documentation.
• Perform other tasks as required.

- Job requirements:

• Educational qualifications: Completed a course in electrical systems/electrical equipment.
• UV Priority. Knowledge of solar power systems is an advantage.
• Priority given to candidates with strong English communication skills (an advantage).
• Proficient in using AutoCAD
• Experience in supervising solar power or MEP systems in factory buildings.
• Frank, honest, quick-witted, enthusiastic , and willing to take on tasks as required by the job with a high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for business is required. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
