- Receive and study documents, make an implementation plan to ensure the set schedule.
- Ask superiors to provide additional relevant data (about the scene...).
- Coordinating with the Project Management Board to establish appropriate construction methods for MEP items.
- Explanation of construction methods for MEP items.
- Prepare detailed construction method drawings for MEP items for assigned works.
- Update the changed information to the bidding documents to adjust the MEP construction method accordingly.
- Presenting MEP construction methods to superiors or related units when required.
– Participating in site survey, checking the works for the MEP items that have been implemented, the work in progress to supervise the construction process, acceptance with MEP subcontractors.
- Coordinating and providing technical support to the Site Management Committee to well implement the installation of the MEP system.
- Reviewing design drawings for MEP items, making treatment plans and giving construction plans.
- Research and propose new MEP construction methods, shorten the progress.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by TBP. Technical Engineer MEP.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Chief of Staff.
