- Construction organization: Control volume, make construction plan, make plan to mobilize human resources, equipment, implement construction of equipment installation items, technological pipelines, structures, tanks
- Project management at construction site: Ability to supervise construction, establish construction plan and organize inspection.
- Directly organize and manage daily construction work at the construction site, establish detailed progress, and implement construction according to plan to ensure progress as committed.
- Responsible for technical aspects, quality, quantity, labor safety and environmental sanitation at the construction site.
