- Responsible for estimating, quoting and bidding for construction projects on plastering, interior decoration such as Villas, Penthouses, Apartments, Offices

- Collect customer information

- Synthesize & evaluate customers to have appropriate quotation decisions

- Study drawings & documents, combine with design & subcontractor to survey the current status of the project

- Deploy calculations, separate volumes and get prices from suppliers or subcontractors

- Timely update information changes (documents, material prices, labor, machinery) to complete project quotation documents

- Implement work progress on schedule to promptly adjust to ensure required progress.

- Coordinate with relevant Departments to complete bidding documents; and check the accuracy and completeness of the documents before submitting them to the Investor.

- Participate fully in regular or ad hoc meetings as required and report on work

- Search and contact suppliers/subcontractors for information on prices and products to serve the cost estimate work. Propose suitable suppliers/subcontractors for the project.

- Negotiate and check order and contract terms (progress, payment, warranty, compensation, ...) with contractors/suppliers

- Coordinate with relevant departments to control the Project budget and check the payment and settlement records of the Supplier / Subcontractor and Investor.

- Receive and process bidding documents

- Participate in explaining volume to customers

- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
