● Work closely with the project and design team to rely on design drawings - calculations Calculate and take apart the construction volume of construction items ● Prepare and balance construction estimates based on block take-off and budget investor's books ● Search and work with subcontractors on detailed unit prices, types of materials, and costs performance and payment ● Regularly update material costs and types on the market ● Coordinate with relevant departments to finalize the project
