- Review customer drawings and advise sales department on manufacturability (tolerances, processes) and any missing information on drawings.
- Support the Head of Technical Department (moulds) with advice on production processes and cycle times, raw material billet sizes, and tooling cost calculations.
- Work with sales department or other departments to work with customers on technology.
- Participate in the company's internal improvement project (as a production process consultant).
