Make a specific schedule of each project based on the general progress table of the PM room, Prepare construction safety measures

Supervise and be responsible for the implementation of construction safety measures by the Installation Contractor (NTP).

Supervising NTP on the correct and adequate construction of technical and aesthetic requirements as required in the erection drawings

Manage and be responsible for the quantity and quality of materials at the construction site

Manage receipt of goods, acceptance documents related to the project, site diary

Make reports of arising problems, errors, and poor quality, send them to the PM room as soon as they are discovered

Report the construction progress of the project on a monthly basis directly to the Head of Department, cc for the PM department
