- Job details:

• Quantity surveying and cost estimation: calculating the quantity of materials, accessories, labor, and construction costs for each stage.
• Interdepartmental coordination: Working closely with the sales, production, and budget departments to ensure project consistency and efficiency.
• Organize, manage, and supervise all construction activities at the site, ensuring timely completion, quality, and workplace safety.
• Working with TVGS, the Investor's project management team, and relevant subcontractors on site layout, amenities, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and inspect the quantity and quality of materials, goods, and equipment brought into the construction site.
• Command and supervise construction teams to promptly resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Prepare daily work reports and progress updates for the Project Management Team.
• Prepare quality control documents, shop drawings, construction logs, site reports, and acceptance reports.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from college or higher with a major in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experienced in construction work (candidates with experience in aluminum and glass construction and mechanical work are preferred).
• Understanding current construction technical standards and regulations.
• Excellent management, communication, and problem-solving skills; high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Project, and Microsoft Office.
