1. Product Engineering

• Track product specification changes on the production line: set up new product specifications, manage data on converting new specifications of old products, save information on product specification changes related to production (machine running parameters, speed, common errors and how to fix them)
• Manage the arrangement and preparation of tools, equipment, and materials needed (related to equipment and machines) for optimal product operation.
• Understand the product (and rely on knowledge of equipment parameters, worker operations, etc.) to be able to determine which machine and how the product should be produced. If the product is not operating optimally, find out the cause and how to fix it (trouble shooting).
• Understand the output/performance of the device for each individual product type
• Consulting on adjusting production plans for Planning and Production Operation to suit equipment and machine conditions
• Train workers on how to set up product specifications and product manufacturing processes.
• Cooperate with relevant parties to resolve customer complaints

2. Process Engineering

• Understand the advantages, disadvantages and optimal operating range of the equipment to be able to advise Product development (current R&D), Production Operation and QC when developing new products or processes. And if there are related changes, advise the parties to monitor the equipment not operating optimally, find out the cause and how to fix it (trouble shooting).
• Provide optimal operating parameters for Production Operation, R&D and QC so that all parties can guide appropriate operation and control.
• Understand the overall output/performance of the device
• Train workers on the operation of the equipment
• Track equipment records, lifespan, wear and tear, and work with Maintenance to plan equipment repairs. Responsible for equipment performance (different from Production Operation which is responsible for production performance)
